November 2004 -Explorer Commercial Systems Announces Pact to Buy Versyss Construction Explorer Commercial Systems signed a definitive agreement to buy the construction software assets of privately held Versyss Systems Inc. Explorer, a maker of software products for construction accounting and project management has a staff of over 50 employees working in offices located across the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Middle East.
